For more than 63 years, Ricky’s has been part of Western Canada’s breakfast story. Beginning in 1962, when the very first Ricky’s Pancake House opened its doors in Vancouver, BC, the humble restaurant became known for its fluffy pancakes, hearty breakfasts and genuine hospitality. Ricky’s quickly became a community favourite and grew into one of Canada’s most trusted restaurant brands.
Today, with 70 locations across Western Canada, we’re re-introducing what we started all those years ago. Ricky’s Original Pancake & Breakfast House is a modern day concept that pays homage to our roots as a breakfast pioneer, bringing back the classic pancake house experience, infused with contemporary Canadian flavours and today’s dining trends.
